My name is Roz and I live in beautiful Margaret River, Western Australia with OK, Zed Why and Woody Hoeppen Pecker (not their real names!) We share our humble abode with two Border Collies (Bowie and Jazz), eleven chooks and their bloke (Lupe), plus an assortment of fish and the occasional visiting kangaroo.
Sweet Sweet Sugar-Free is my blog about food and health and life and art and family. I love food and I've been cooking and enjoying food for a very long time. I'm a qualified chocolatier and a recovering Sugarholic. SSSF is partly about keeping myself on track - the sugar-free track, without compromising on taste and enjoyment. My recipes are gluten-free, grain-free and sugar-free.
